EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

 

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from our 450 olive trees, located in Montalcino

with a South – West exposure at 570 metres above sea level.

The set of these varieties produces a balanced and harmonious oil.

 

AREA OF PRODUCTION: Montalcino, Tuscany

PICKING PERIOD: early November


STRUCTURE: low acidity, nice texture and great lightness

COLOUR: Green with golden hues

AROMA: Fruity, with hints of artichoke, almond and herbaceous fragrances

FLAVOURS: pleasant to the palate, with a light itch and a sensation of spicy in

the mouth with an aftertaste of artichoke.
