Rosso di Montalcino

Rosso di Montalcino Tornesi comes to life in the south-west and south-east areas of Montalcino, from a stony soil mixed with marl particularly rich in skeleton.

100% Sangiovese, it is the result of a fermentation at a controlled temperature of 30 ° C with a long maceration on its skins. Once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine ages in wood for 6 months.
