PRODUCTION AREA: Montalcino, Tuscany

HARVEST PERIOD: Beginning of November

STRUCTURE: Low acidity, nice texture and great lightness.

COLOR: Green with golden yellow reflections

BOUQUET: Fruity with notes of artichoke, almond and herbaceous fragrances.

TASTE: Pleasant on the palate, with a slight pinch and spicy sensation in the mouth with an artichoke aftertaste
